Connect each property visit to a clear scope
Start with the property, service, frequency, measured area, expected labor and materials. An estimate frames the proposed work, a route sheet orders confirmed stops, and a job-cost sheet compares planned inputs with what was used. Keeping those stages distinct makes changes and missed assumptions easier to spot.
Estimate, work order or route sheet?
Use an estimate before the customer accepts, a work order to define an approved visit, and a route sheet to organize confirmed stops. Job costing belongs after or during the work when actual time and materials are available.
