Lawn care finance Excel templates

Review prices, cash timing, overhead and job profitability with separate files whose units, periods and formula assumptions can be checked before real business data is entered.

Separate price, profit and cash timing

Define the period, service units, labor rates, material costs, equipment allocation, overhead and payment timing. A pricing calculator tests a proposed rate, a job-profit sheet compares revenue and cost, and a cash-flow forecast follows when money enters and leaves. These planning files do not replace bookkeeping, payroll or tax advice.

Which finance sheet should come first?

Use a budget for a planned period, a cash-flow forecast for payment timing and a job-profit sheet for one service or property. A break-even calculator is useful only after its volume, cost and capacity assumptions are reviewed.
